The service here is exceptional! I really liked getting a hot drink and fudge while I waited for my treatment get started ^,^ Laselle did a really great job with my Kerasilk treatment and I am super happy with the results! (Thank you!!! :-D) I was also super blown away by Richard for gifting me with a Kerasilk mask to say thank you for being understanding due to my appointment times changing. Everyone here is super friendly and makes you feel well looked after, I would definitely recommend booking your next hair appoint here if you are looking to get pampered :-)

I went there for grey coverage and full hair colour with highlights and I want lighter colour .colour I come out with totally not what was discussed and expected very disappointed. I felt I have same hair colour with little bit freshness in tone this is not what I paid for I do understand u cant go so littler on darker but it looks like not light at all.I have same one what I have naturally even though we discussed and agreed for very different tone then what I get. its more in red copper then any light and no colour on top just covered hair in black. I am so disappointed how much you suppose to explain and discuss with someone so that you come to close what you want it is total opposite of what was discussed and wanted.I have added my old pic with all other new pics if anyone can see the difference especially when u r asking lighter colour tone. Crown front all is just black

Got a full colour and cut today, absolutely adore how it looks! Hope did amazing, she was so attentive and made my hair look so beautiful! Plus the overall environment and experience was so welcoming! 10/10

By luck they had a spot today. I had full head of blonde foils and the works. HOPE is my girl. She cleaned up years of damage and my colour is amazing. Could not recommend enough. I have even reflected at how cohesive the whole team were in outstanding customer service from start to finish. Salon very clean lovely coffee menu and drinks list. This was the Centre Place Hamilton branch. To the bosses you should be very proud of this team. Will be back and already telling my friends to come and book . Salon was packed very busy . I can see why now . Super happy.
