Not satisfied with my massage. Paid for a 1 hour massage and got 50 minutes. Apparently grab one hasnt updated the deal yet. Yet she was referring to the 1 hour massage in the appointment. She used gloves. She didnt apply enough pressure even when asked. Poor English. Wont be going back.

This used to be my regular place where I would get my eyebrows threaded, customer service is average I really only came for one lady but I think she is now on maternity leave - she was lovely! however the other staff cant really say the same. The last time I came in the lady didnt even give me a chance to look at my eyebrows before she was rushing me up to the counter to pay, when I got into the car to check them they were very clearly uneven and different shapes ! I walked straight back in and she denied it and said that she could not see anything wrong and was refusing to fix THEIR MISTAKE!! it wasnt until her coworker come over and straight away she pointed out the difference and told her to fix it thank goodness because she wasnt going to listen to me ! very unprofessional on their behalf all she had to do was admit she had made the mistake and fix it and for this reason they have lost a regular customer!

Had Pari do my backfill on my acrylics. She had done such a rush job, no buffing, no side wall filing. She was done within 30 mins. She seems quite flustered as there was only one other 'beautian' on with her, who was only handling front reception and Pari had another client in her 'treatment' room and even more walking thru the door. Will never return for any services in future
