Ikon sinks produce faulty sinks after 6 months our black coating started peeling off They are trying to blame normal cleaning products for faulty product. Plan to take to Fair Go If you have problems post your concerns

Extremely poor and disappointing customer service at the Albany branch. We bought a Kleenmaid gas hob for a brand new kitchen and our qualified gas fitter spent two hours attempting to use the installation guide to get it working. He was able to get two burners going but not the other three as they will not ignite correctly despite having a good gas connection. One month later we have been given the run around, been promised to have someone look at the hob and either fix or replace it if there is a fault. This promise has now been withdrawn and we've been told to get a gas fitter at our own expense, which will be both expensive and likely pointless as this has already been done. Not happy.

Buyers beware. I have 2 sinks with coating coming off after minimal use. Forget any sort of warranty from Ikon They will use any excuse to walk away from any warranty claim. Apparently you cant use hand soap in their sinks. They say the only thing you can put in their sink is Palmolive soap and water. Ikon products are not fit for purpose as a sink. Very disappointing Jarna We will let the disputes tribunal sort this one out.

Service was above and beyond normal. Tamsyn was knowledgeable helpful and above all kind. Which goes along way in this takeaway service world. Also staff were super helpful, thank you again. By the way sink is 1st class. Thank you
