        An overall very poor experience. Basic conveyancing services ended up being exorbitantly expensive. We would not have minded paying the high price had we received good service. However, we were never promptly informed of any updates regarding our settlement, and billed for the pleasure of us having to chase her up. Furthermore, when she quit unexpectedly we were not informed that she left, nor was our work formally handed over to another employee. When we brought this up with Tompkins Wake, we were then made to feel like we were over reacting, but our hand was forced to pay the bill or else our settlement would not proceed. I would not recommend their services.
