I write this review in complete shock to be honest! My daughter has been coming to this programme since the start of 2022. She absolutely loved the staff and friends she made and the opportunity she had to meet children from other local schools! Always exciting activities to do and plenty of fun was had. However, from a customer service perspective, not so much. I expressed I was not getting email updates about up coming holiday programmes from the very first term, but got told it was set up correctly everytime and that I should be getting them. Thankfully I was eligible for an Oscar subsidy so payment is always guaranteed and I just pay the shortfall. Unfortunately this month I asked to pay the shortfall 5 days after the due date (the due date being 2 weeks before the holiday care commenced) otherwise her space would be given up to someone else. There had been multiple reminders sent through this programme i mentioned earlier, that I never received so I can understand how it looked from their end but no consideration about my previous inquiry to not receiving emails. One thing Id like to point out also, is that my daughter attended 4 days a week but at the start of the year I was told they dont charge individual days. They charge by the full 5 day week so still had to pay the 5 day rate regardless of her only attending 4 (Mon-thurs). Last month I asked if she could come as a one of on a Friday and I was still charged an additional amount I get business is business but I felt there was no care or consideration for my child who had grown to love this place! I decided to pull my daughter out overall because I was so ashamed with the way this had been dealt with. I wasnt asking for free care. Just an extra few days to make payment of the shortfall. You would think the owners would take into consideration that we have paid for 5 day weeks all this year despite my requirement only being 4. Absolutely gutted

From Day 1 I was impressed! They have everything a kid could need to be entertained. Run so seamlessly with amazing, friendly staff. Complete trust in the crew to get my tamariki to and from school. I havent tried the holiday programme but am tempted to take a week off work and enrol myself because it looks awesome!

Hayley and Nick. Beyond thankful for the most incredible service me and my lot have ever had experiance with. Communication always on point, activities the kids really enjoy. They always come home from holiday program happy, before and afterschool care feeling like they have had a blast. Keep it up team. You guys are outstanding

Kidventure is amazing, the staff are nice and enthusiastic really interact with the kids, the set up is so cool different sections with different activities to do, I couldnt recommend them highly enough my kids love it there !

Amazing kidscare. Daughter loves it. So much to offer, i.e friends from other schools, great variety of toys to keep kids busy, variety care option to choose till 6pm . The drawback is just not offering casual days. Gotta book a whole week.
