0 star if I could. How hard it is to make a visa transfer? Or is it a usual for you to lose applicants passport??? A man called Cezar is extremely terrible. Speak very fast and unclear, no apologies for delay process, cant answer any of my questions, and with rude attitude. When I call them(waiting for at least 30mins per call) after 7 working days, they even didnt start processing the application because they cant find my package! Ive checked with the courier company, and they gave me the proof of delivery and theyve delivered the package after one day I gave them. So what happened exactly? How can you lose my passport and didnt take it seriously? Ive changed my flight twice for the poor processing time, and now I dont know when I should change my flight to because I dont know whether or when they will find the package :)

Slow, unprofessional, poor website, hours of waiting time, OMG What a poor service in a digital world. And over the years they got worse

Zero star for sure if I can. Endless phone waiting and helpless customer service. Application processing speed is extremely slow. Completely lack of empathy and disregard of people's feeling. Worst of the worst.
