Adel Hattingh assisted my wife and I to get the best product and rate as per our requirement for our family. \ Any policy that talk about death, disability and illness is never an easy subject, with her calming demeanor and professionalism she explained all the red tape, exclusions and contractual legal information in a way that we could thoroughly understand and came back with an excellent quote. I am very pleased to write this short review about LifeCovered and in partiuclar Willi Olsen. I reached out to LifeCovered and Willi Olsen after I foud their website when i was searching for information about best NZ Life Insirance polcies. I found the email address for LifeCovered and knew I had nothing to loose. Within minutes Willi had contacted me and we started a conversation. This resulted in a scheduled Zoom call the next day. Willi came with all the necessary detail and furhter questions. he then shared his screen and went through all my options. Because willi is a broker he is not tied to any company and will give a non-biased well informed opinion. He not quick to tell you what you should or should not do. That was up to me. What Willi did brilliantly and succinctly was help me understand all the facts so i could make an informed decision. There was no charge for Willi's consultation which lasted 30-40 minutes. I highly recommend Willi's service to anyone who needs help with Life insurance or clarification about life insurance they have. Eight months since I have made my best choice to commit my personal well-being and my interests at heart to the "Lifecover Insurance". I am very grateful to Willie Olsen who has helped me with this decision. Having been burned by a previous unpleasant experience with an insurance broker I was very cautious and very nervous to trust another one. Willi's ability to listen and understand my situation, his never-ending patience, his empathy, knowledge and most importantly kindness helped me to make my decision. Another important factor - Willi does not give false promises without checking the facts thoroughly first. For me It has been a serious decision to make as the premiums for the product I wanted, were very high. Willi is the one who introduced me to a Vitality Program a great product! It helps me to wake up each morning looking forward to achieving a healthier lifestyle and a healthier options every day. I have lost weight, started to exercise. It also rewards you with vouchers for the movies, supermarkets etc. I am congratulating myself as I have reached a platinum level within 8 months, which brings me with a further monetary reward of $300 Airpoints dollars and a further 2% of a discount on premiums!
