Julia was very helpful and professional through the whole process right from our first phone call to finalising my insurance policy. Being my first experience with health insurance it was important for me to talk to a real person that got where I was coming from. Six months ago, Julia and I reviewed my life insurance needs together. She took the time to understand my goals, gave pragmatic, no BS advice, and encouraged me to take a different approach to my insurance that would provide better cover for my money. Whilst the underwriter was assessing my insurance application, they identified a cardiac issue that my GP hadn't told me about following some testing a few months ago. Thankfully, the cardiac issue is minor, but if I hadn't been through the insurance application process, it may only have been identified in an emergency situation. Now, I just need to avoid a few triggers to keep it at bay and see a cardiologist every few years. I'm also in the process of getting my blood relatives tested to make sure they know how to keep safe too if they also have the issue.
