absolutely top notch I went in quite awkwardly this morning and lovely sales assistant asked to help, I informed her of what I was sent to get, her response was so positive and friendly She happily showed me the options discussed pros went to finish sale asked if I needed anything else and that was certainly enough. I returned a couple hours later as I was instructed it certainly wasnt enough and again very helpful and knowledgable and understanding the situation I was in. Best experience in this type of store ever.

So un professional we drove over 1 hour from out of town because there website said they were open to get there and all doors were shut and everything no note on the door or nothing highly unprofessional and very rude stafed

The toy knowledge the manager has is insane, she's our guru, highly recommend stopping in to pick her brain or even for a laugh, always a 'pleasure' shopping there.
