Challenge

Easy to get in and out of, plenty of room. Others I've used are squashed and no room, this one has plenty of space. Service was good, and pie hit the spot. Overall recommend as a place to stop.

Online information needs updating regarding operational hours, they were closed before what was advertised which is a bother especially if you live out of town. The guy serving wasn't accommodating as to the reason regarding the contradictory information, he was dismissive and vague, saying " we have changed the hours", was insincere and unapologetic. If you are a Winz card user and are at the Waikato Hospital, i wouldn't recommend Challenge as your preferred petrol outlet as the man serving seemed to look down at me because I'm a beneficiary. If looking for other than petrol, don't go here, their selection of products is very limited. I brought a sandwich at 1700 hrs yesterday, it was soggy and over priced considering they close their establishment 1hour later.

Just a quick stop for gas

Price is normaly slightly above average. But had cheapest in town on the day i went. But the store was closed at least 45 minutes before the advertised closing time. And there pay at pump terminal does NOT accept there loyalty system.
