Buying your first home can be a daunting experience and its often hard to know where to start, or to even know whether you are in the right position to buy! But the level of knowledge and experience Billy has, it assured us that we were in good hands and took the guess work out of the entire process. We initially thought we wouldnt be in the position to buy for another year or so, however within 5 months we were in our first home, which wouldnt have been possible without Billys support. He was always available to answer our questions day or night, and supported us throughout the entire experience. We found Billy to be very professional, and yet friendly and approachable. He responded to emails and phone enquires promptly, effectively guiding us through the whole 'obtaining finance' process with minimal stress. Billy dealt expertly with the added complication of brokering a joint bank loan with our son (co-owner of our newly purchased property) which required twice the work; having to assess both ours, and our son's financial situation and suitability.
