        My mum wanted to buy a piano replacement. She has dementia, is a bit grumpy and fixated on certain details. The saleswoman was absolutely awesome: questioning, considerate, patient and respectful. She showed mum everything that she needed to see, gently repeated it again, and again and made it all accessible. She treated my mum as if she was her mum, lol but better.
