        Ordered frames months before lockdown, was provided courier number and advised they were being sent. Called to be told they did not leave and were on the desk waiting to be couriered. I was really excited knowing that soon I would receive the frames. Nothing arrived, concerned theyd gone missing I called again. Finally today I was informed that the frames had to be couriered back to the supplier as they could not courier them to me under level 3 .... but hold on they couriered them back to the supplier? Weird? Zero for customer service, felt the person fielding my call really didnt care at all. As the client Ive been lied to and miss informed. I have supported this NZ business spending more than $1000. Certainly leaves me feeling less concerned about supporting and buying local.
