Terrible experience with mistake after mistake. Wasted time and wasted journeys in. Would never go back

Phone service is atrocious, apparently barely able to understand us. Customer service leaves A LOT to be desired. I get that you get busy sometimes but not answering the phone for ten minutes and then telling us the script isn't there only for us to speak to someone else who says it is. I don't know if it's just the evening staff or what

Worst chemist. Always dropped mum prescriptions at least a day or two early and when I come to collect its still not ready. Even her repeats ring and told them coming to get repeats next day and again not ready. Sometime I come back 2 time a day to collect the meds. Then its the only chemist that charge for blister pack. I have ask my mum to change her chemist.
