Rude, un professional, Lack of communication, no reply to emails. When you call them their managers are busy in a meeting doesn't matter how may calls you do or what time maybe its the case when it comes to do a refund. Finally i got my refund in 3rd week just with a little effort of 6 calls and 5 emails.

no communication. when they took over a property we just got a text from a random unknown phone number demanding money be put into a bank account. that will not be happening (for my own protection, what happens if 4 weeks later i get taken to court for non-payment of rent because i was paying it to a scammer). They never notified us formally by letter telling us the account number, the agents name, the address of their office, their office phone number. the only communication received is a text (with no name) claiming to be from one of the unnamed people, which could be a scammer. very unprofessional company. has me worried about dealing with them in the future. no indication the really exist
