        We came for the Harry Potter quiz, staff was really friendly but the food is really really bad, the ribs are super dry and the burger dont have any taste.

        As far as karaoke is concerned, I give them low value. A karaoke host is like a captain of a ship, they set the mood. A warm, friendly host, sets the atmosphere, if they do this, the whole evening will go well. I cannot say, that these people have been that friendly. Maybe, I'll give things another try a long time into the future.

        Was an awesome experience. Friendly customer service, delicious food and didn't even bat an eyelid when I didn't order drinks with our meal. Kids menu great. My son almost ate the lot

        Used to be great, was going down hill and now with new management has hit an all time low. Food was lukewarm at best and took 45 minutes. Service was okay but not organized.
