        Have booked accommodation using Bookit software a couple of times now and found it easy to use, the support team are also very efficient! Love that they are based in NZ!

        We've booked our trip using Bookit. The tour and accommodation were simple as to book and we found the staff easy to reach, helpful and supportive when we needed to change/confirm a few extras. Thanks Bookit, see you next time!

        Very hard to deal with as an accommodation provider - NO support whatsoever and we just got stung 18% on a reservation that appears on the information which I have, was sold under price and then charged commission on top of. I can't get hold of anyone at Book It to explain.

        Extremely poor customer service - no refund provided for cancelled activity during COVID -19 lock down. Spent weeks trying to resolve this. Extremely poor form from Bookit.
