Useless. Rang 10 times and no one answered. Water bottle broke and leaked all over my stuff so thanks for nothing.

I bought a pink fabric laptop backpack! First I liked the looks! But a week after I used it once and the button came off! And a few days later the other parts of it fell apart! Wasnt worth my 60 buck! Not happy with this place!

Went in to buy a drink bottle at Typo in centre place Hamilton and asked the lady at the front and showed her it was only $10 online. She explained to me that its only that price online and not in store buttt she kindly did me a deal with a calendar! So in the end I got the bottle for the same price as online:) As someone who works in customer service I appreciate people that put in the extra effort and who are kind and helpful! Dont know her name, but thank you!

Was absolutely thrilled (not)to be waiting in line with my friend - who got served first and then as I waited right after her at the counter with my product I was wanting to buy , both staff stand there chatting, minutes later to say oh are you ok no I would like to buy this, then one staff turns to the other and says are you going to serve her she replies no I clocked off 47 seconds ago. Wow I was shocked, how rude and unprofessional to say such a thing right infront of a customer who if she had of served straight away would have been within her work hours. If I could lay a complaint I would. This was centre place typo at just before 5pm Friday 13 may.and then very shortly after as she made me wait so long. There were only two staff working. A make and female so will be easy for you to figure out who she was and maybe have a chat about client care
