Worldwise Travellers Health Hamilton

I had my Immigration medical few weeks back. Forgot to include X-Ray which then I had to do. This was urgent and they were really helpful giving me a chance to do this yesterday (right after lockdown).Went out of their way to include this in my existing medical and was very efferent in dealing all these. I had pleasant experience at both visits and I am really grateful for their service. Very kind doctor, nurse and reception. Big thanks to the beautiful receptionist who helped me out with my X-Ray yesterday. She even came out and showed me the Hamilton Radiology building because I just took the opposite direction:). Thank you so much, keep it up!

I had my chest xray for immigration purpose a month ago. They advised me to just go there as they accept walk ins. The process did not take long. I finished maybe after 20 minutes. The customer service is acceptable, the employees were not grumpy unlike what I heard from other clinics. Thank you for the fast process, It was not stressful at all. Would highly recommend them.

Very rude receptionist, my mom does not speak English very well and she didn't even bother to slow down when speaking or repeat what she was saying. I also went to make an appointment about 3 weeks ago during level 3 and she told me to come back at level 2 in a very rude way, when I went back I found out she should've taken my name to save a spot for appointments which they obviously did not have the second time I went.

Receptionist is so rude!she hung up the phone while Im talking and dont know how to use a polite word. Dont know how to even say thank you!.

Very rude receptionist and very poor and frustating experience, even though it says clinical hours are 9 to 5pm, once I went at 4.50pm no one was there at reception and they all have left...
