        Great service. I had a pallet of boxes to go to Wellington from Cambridge. They did the wrapping for me. It was delivered two days later.

        card left over a week ago, tired via their web site to arrange re delivery + several attempts via phone ( Hamilton) but no body picks up and web redelivery not actioned either...useless service!!

        Had a issue with my parcel didn't update for 1week rang and they told me it's lost and no idea where it is. Then I waited few days and Noone rang back like they said so I rang again. Got a lovely lady from pbt hamilton and she said she would look for it there and put me on hold looked everywhere and found my missing parcel. So went over.and collected. Was a bad experience to start with then a happy ending. Thank you
