Went to test drive a car and it was sold before I arrived and they knew I was coming from out of town terrible customer service and poorly run business. Id recommend everybody avoid dealing with these people and I will be contacting the BBB as they were smoking In the business which is illegal.

Bought a car from Just4U Auto with and for my wife. The salesman who claimed to be the owner (Steven) appeared to be very honest and helpful by first impressions. We purchased a towbar and English navigation system as part of the purchase. So the car would only be ready for handover in three days. During this three days I noticed a comment on the sales agreement (in very small writing) mentioning that he had spoken to us about the chain noise and we acknowledged the issue. I rang Steven querying the comment. His response was it was a spelling mistake and was supposed to read voice not noisey. Which still did not make sense to me. One week later after a 1000km trip the camchain was so rattley we could here it while driving. After doing some investigation and taking the car to our mechanic who advised us to get our money back. And calling AA who Steven had advised us it had a mechanical inspection with and it had the sticker on the windscreen to prove it (they advised us it had never had a mechanical check with them and they hadn't used those stickers for years) we returned the car and asked for our money back. The real owner of just 4U Auto was there to meet us along with Steven. The owner agreed to give us our money back (regardless of of Steven's obligations and frustration) minus the cost of the towbar etc. So we were left about $1300- out of pocket. Very expensive week. We say go elsewhere.

Steven is the best, helped me to find a new car, and sell my old one. He was flexible, and fixed my car first, handled my insurance claim, and put an add on trademe. Thx team!
