        This morning I took my stick vacuum into Godfreys to be sent away (for a fee) to investigate why it wasnt working. The man I spoke to pulled the machine apart and found a couple of stones blocking vital parts and said that was the problem. When I asked him how much I owed for his time he said nothing. What amazing service.

        Extremely great customer service from the lady at the store. My vacuum warranty was used and she explained how I can keep my vacuum well maintained. Would go back for the customer service alone.

        Noone answers the phone not good enough, called several times today (Saturday) to complain about one of you're useless stick vacuums under warranty. Not happy about it also this vacuum was rated 5 stars under the consumers act.

        Went here with my partner, a local, to look to buy a stick vacuum cleaner for her apartment. We were served by Abheyjit who was extremely knowledgeable and after a short demo of the stick vacuums that may fit our purposes settled on a Wertheim Evolution MAX stick Vacuum. It is an amazing machine and design wise is as good or better in my opinion than my expensive Dyson. As an owner to 2 previous Dyson, this one was brilliant as was Abheyjit. I ended up buying one for my place in the South Island as well.My Dyson will go on Trademe.
