        Having read some of the appalling reviews I arrived at the testing station with some trepidation. I was 6th in line for my caravan WOF. The line moved quickly, the reception staff were friendly and helpful as this was my first caravan WOF, Only had 3/4 of an hour wait and I was on my way. Very happy with this experience will be back for sure. Don't believe all you read. Colin Campbell

        It was great experience as I appeared in my practical driving test for full license. The instructor (Mr. Laurence) was very polite and made me comfortable throughout the test. I really appreciate his calmness and the way test was conducted. I passed in my first attempt. Will recommend any day.

        The customer service here is absolutely shocking ! There are 2 lines 1 for drivers licensing and 1 for reception/ all Other services its easy to miss the sign and a few people including myself were made to feel like idiots because we didnt look up and see we were in the wrong line . The lady (long hair with a plait ) who sat behind the receptionist line was loud and rude she needs to learn what customer service is and how to treat people with respect ! I will never visit this VTNZ ever again because or the appalling service!
