I've visited this store weekly over last 3wks looking at gift ideas, staff friendly but today I went in to purchase & the dark haired, possibly indian lady in-store was so rude to me I was almost going to leave but then Heather approached me (well that is name on the receipt) she was a more mature lady with a lovely smile & softly spoken, it was only due to her service that I actually purchased in the end.

Will never shop here again the skinny white guy was arrogant overpowering the nice lady that was already onthe counter I didn't really wanna discuss anything with him in regards to what I was wanting and to make things worse standing there as if I was gonna steal something making me feel uncomfortable as I wanted to carry on browsing so I had a good go at him smart mouth no customer service skills looks like he just got outta bed get lost m8 customers dont wanna be served by idiots like you

I popped in the other week to ask about a health issue and after great questioning from Maxine she pin pointed what might be happening. I brought her suggestions and 2 weeks later I Feel so Much Better! I find that these ladies in here take time to understand what maybe going on and they are always spot on. A great asset to have in Hamilton. Thanks :)
