        Terrible service and would not recommend. We paid for a weekly pick up, they missed the bin on numerous occasions and we were charged. They stated the bin wasnt out when they went to pick up. The bin was always out the night before and we have security cameras on the property to prove it was out. You can never get hold of them on the phone nor email. Also after doing research they are actually the most expensive compared to others. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! Service: House & garage cleanouts

        Terrible company if waste collection is your goal. Save yourself the hassle and use another waste company. Half the time the truck drives straight past bin. Then have to ring and be advised they cant re collect until next week. Yes cheap, however get what you pay for as they say. Have changed to a company that values its customers.

        Ordered a wheelie bin, they did not pick this up every week for 4 weeks. Each week after spending forever on the phone was told a special pick up would be organised- it never was. Each time I was told this would be picked up next time- it never was. Eventually I cancelled the service after never having the rubbish removed and wasting hours on the phone waiting on their helpful but ineffective call centre. Service: Trash removal & disposal
