        I brought an arc welder into this shop for diagnosis and repair; unfortunately it was not a brand that ARC sells, so they would not provide any help to get the machine repaired (would not even recommend an alternative shop). If you haven't purchased the machine from this company don't bother them with your service needs - they are not willing to help.

        Awesome service!! Went in looking for a hose to be made between a Toolshed welder (not one of there's) and a Harris twin flow regulator that I purchased the same time with them. Were extremely helpful in selecting what would work and they made it up on the spot.
