Job not completed nearly six months after ordering blinds and curtains. Blind on third attempt still not arrived. Curtains would not close. Said it was our tracks. 81 year old husband had to climb ladders to fix issues as had no privacy in our bedroom. Multiple contacts with HO to resolve issues unsuccessful, local manager tried to solve issue with no success.

Both ladies were very helpful and spent a lot of time helping us find the perfect curtains. The prices were great and we are very happy. I will always go to Harveys for the great service and high quality curtains.

Requested measure & quote October 5 2021. Quote received December & deposit paid. No further communication. I contacted them March 2022. Yes blind was in the warehouse (one can only wonder how long it had been there ). Was told to expect a call the following day to confirm delivery. No call received so we made contact again 5 days later. Finally installed Thursday 6 April. THEN 2 working days later we receive a rather curtly worded email that the balance of our account (minus deposit) is outstanding. A bit rich after a 6 month wait for the product! Pushing to even qualify for a 1 star rating.
