Willow Glen Cafe

Very disappointing. I ordered an iced coffee with icecream and cream, and was given a weak milky coffee... no icecream or cream. I questioned it, and the reply was, "do you want me to put cream in it?" In a far from friendly tone. It arrived, some time later with a squirt of cream with nothing said, no apology, in fact felt her manner was quite rude. Our meal took 45 mins to arrive, and was a very small serving for the price. Wont be back any time soon. The kiddies toy area is a great idea, but poorly placed, being just as you walk in. Had to move a few toys out of the way on entering, presenting a hazard, particularly for elderly or sight impaired.
