One on one professional development training with Colin has been hugely beneficial. He gave constructive feedback regarding Normans internal training modules which were cited as being robust. For internal verifications, Colin advised on holistic approaches without reliance on checklists, to encourage more thorough observations. Would recommend highly for any operating RMP's.

Produco have been of great assistance navigating the regulatory framework for us. Both Colin and Vivian have been fantastic, with their vast knowledge and helpful insights. They're always very responsive and happy to aid in any way they can. For some parts of our application we wanted to do as much as possible ourselves, and they were great when we asked them to critique it, whereas other parts they were happy to hand-hold and walk us through things. They clearly have a broad array of experience, and picked up on things along the way that would have otherwise tripped us up and caught us out. Brilliant advice, for which we are very grateful, and would have no hesitations in recommending to anybody!

It was an awesome experience participating in the Leading Culture in Quality Management Systems course held by Produco. Colin was extreamly engaging and the content was relevant with all our personal experiences. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to positively change the culture in their business. My favorite part is the follow up SMART goals we set with follow up support from the Produco team. This is over and beyond my expectation. 10/10.
