Called/texted/emailed them half a year ago about starting sessions and they said I've been placed on the waiting list. Have called/texted/emailed multiple times since then and they don't respond at all. Very terrible to be said to be placed in a waiting list and no communication afterward. Can't imagine what it would be like for high-risk people to be ghosted like this. I myself had self-harmed during the waiting time on the "waiting list" but am now recovering elsewhere. Very disappointed to see in a field involving suicidal people. Absolutely appalling.
