        Awesome place great service friendly people I was there at 7.25am and they opened right on 7.30am the beautiful lady at the counter was amazing and new her job well thanks for the great service

        I had excellent service here when purchasing a new ride on lawn mower. I'd initially planned to purchase through the Te Rapa/The Base store and the service there was miserable, so it was nice to see this wasn't the case here. Unfortunately the service hasn't been so hot when time come to service the unit. I was told the shop is 3.5 weeks behind and they would pick it up in 3 weeks time. I didn't hear anything after 3 weeks and when I called to follow up I got the same result - told they are 3 weeks behind and need to wait. Not a great result.
