        One of the more corrupt NZ government agencies, these folks aspire to laziness, creativity thinking up new ways to rip off the NZ taxpayer, incompetence is encouraged and promoted and rewarded, you have to be brain dead to work in a place like this, 38 minute waiting time on the phone on a Tuesday, too busy watching p*rn or tetris on their computers perhaps.

        Had a breakdown of their systems and left me without a rego following this up with multiple emails over the course of months. Finally received it, several months after I had bought and paid for it. I hope this hasn't applied to just me. Thanks for finally getting it to me :)

        Real poor customer service, emailed because i havent received my license for over a month. I have emailed multiple times and no replies. Ive tried calling multiple times and have been over an hours waiting time everyday. I am working during their hours so I cant wait that long.
