Excellent customer service. We made the reservation online, without any inconvenience. Everything was very easy and simple. However, we did not read the details of where we were to arrive moments before boarding the boat, so when we arrived, the boat was had already departed, in front of us. Our mistake. We communicated immediately but it was not possible. However, a few minutes later they called us back and we explained the situation and since then we have had excellent support from Darren. He has been a great help in trying to find a solution! Great customer service. Highly recommended.

First time came to try as we heard a lot. Got there 5 minutes before and on ticket it said it leaves from museum. So we went there looking for directions and finally after 5 minutes later lady directed us to go down and we saw ferry was leaving. We were so upset. And can't even get our refund. Couldn't speak to anyone at all. Absolutely heartbroken

The food came out 10 minutes before the end, and even though the customers next to us ordered a bigger meal (and ordered after us!) their meal came out first. The outside part was very loud due to the engine and I was unable to be heard without shouting. If you do choose to do this experience try and get a table inside when you're booking, and beware of the late food service and the captains unprofessional attitude.
