I appreciate the DIY tutorial you provided, as well as the tools you gave me to use to change my flat tyre to the spare tyre and get my car to your garage. I appreciate you explaining the spline because I had no idea what it was. The advice that was given helped me that day and has prepared me for the next time this occurs. I am a widow with three daughters. Again, many thanks. Very family-oriented, friendly to the community, and a great teacher of the fundamentals of tyre knowledge (from a female perspective).
