I was a visitor, not a regular, and the Instructor was welcoming and inclusive. The class was challenging but achievable, and I felt right at home.

My experience at Progressive Pilates is enjoyable and challenging. The instructors are knowledgeable and keep client safety and comfort as priorities while providing classes that challenge you to develop strength and coordination. The hands on instruction is especially appreciated as it really helps you complete the classes to the best of your ability using correct techniques. I have been attending for almost 3 years and Im sure my improved overall strength is in the main due to Progressive Pilates

I love how staff "read" their clients, work alongside us, encourage us to greater things; a perfect combination of professionalism and personal support.

I wasnt sure at first whether to stay quiet on this because I believe the value of integrity. However the (owner, Sonia) words and the way she has disguised trying to cover up for the lack of professionalism should be able to tell anyone, everything they need to know about the truth and matter of fact if this is the sort of place and/or environment you would like to choose to go to or not. To give you some context about myself;(and that she was aware of as you have to fill in a questionnaire before joining) I am 40yrs of age, use to do pilates/do advance yoga and we own a gym. - Also the instructor I had, in actual fact said I am nearly as good as she is! This is what Sonia (the owner) said to me (the client) after deciding not to rejoin after sending me the following e-mail, below you would benefit from completing term1 again to condense and cement what you have learned and continue to develop your strength and understanding. I am uncertain of your age range as an option could be to join the seniors/grannies class on Friday mornings. These ladies have been with the studio for a number of years and while older are Pilates experienced. Just a thought Needless to say, I wont be going back and/or be recommending her business as I found her to be insulting to say the least- what business owner in their right mind would ever say anything like that to a new client not to mention degrading comments which contradicts everything on their website about her ethos and what she stands for! Unacceptable behaviour and lack of professionalism just decent manners really, up hauling. So much for taking pride in any form of personal standards which duly did not reflect on customer satisfaction at all. Shocking and disappointing doesnt even begin to describe my experience.
