Pizza Club - Grey Street

I ordered pizza for delivery at around 6.20 last night so order suppose to be deliver at 7.10 as per their online status says but when order wasn't deliver until 7.20 i called store they said your order is on the way but after 10 minutes i received a notification that your order will be pick up by delivery man from store in 10 minutes and again i called store and said why you guys are laying but staff was still saying that its out for delivery which was a complete a lie again because i was tracking it was still showing that delivery driver hasn't picked up food from store and my food came after 8 and super cold i am not very impressed.and driver just left pizza on the door didn't even bother to knock to let us know about pizza.

Great service with nice pizza, tried paneer tadka, osm taste, This evening a lady was making pizza and she was very busy with ubers and inline orders, but still she makes very nice yummy pizza , no issue at all , staff was cooperative too, I spent time bcz i need to wait there as it qas extremely busy but still all staff was managing very well Thanks to all team for hard work and nice work Appreciate

Worst customer service ever. I got told to wait 5 more minutes everytime I asked about my order and after waiting for an hour, my order wasn't even prepared. Excuse given was their systems weren't working. Only 1 person making pizzas despite heaps of orders. Almost every customer was told to wait 30 mins and yet they had to wait for around an hour. Never ever ordering from their Grey Street branch again. Extremely poor service.
