Serenity Float and Massage Clinic

Went for my first float with them today, and I have to admit i was nervous coming into this as this was my first float, and i didn't know what to expect. From the moment i entered serenity. I was warmly greeted by the gentleman who was at the front desk, i unfortunately forgot his name but he was super cool, very easy to talk to, he gave me a good run down of what the room was and what was what and all. I decided to go with the tranquility room, which was slightly smaller of the other rooms, but i wanted to feel incased. It was quite the experience being shut off from the outside, but it was exactly what i needed. After i finished, someone had just canceled for a massage as i was sitting down, so hey, how about that for good timing. I decided to get a massage with Saskia ( I hope i spelled her name correctly) she was very good, and i have unbelievable tight muscles, especially around my hips and lower back, which she focused on releasing them and my goodness it was sore but needed, she was very mindful through the whole massage making sure i was ok and to say anything at all if the pain got to much. The end result was my back and hips felt as if they had melted in a good way. I would highly recommend her if you need a good message. I'm definitely coming back again. Thank you, Serenity

Amazing people and all their services are great! Floating is definitely a cool, good experience and I recently had a pregnancy massage there and the therapist (saskia) was really skilled too Charl, the owner is lovely. Post float room is amazing as well to fully relax and soak in benefits of floats or massages! Definitely a good treat for a loved one or a very pregnant friend

1st timer, and I'll be back. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was super relaxing. I was made to feel very welcome & comfortable. I'm not sure why, but I felt extremely calm and happy for days.
