        Your checkout old lady supervisor needs to get off her high horse, ID checking people who are closer to 40 than 20 (even 30) is not okay, and when shown an overseas license of 37, she didn't accept that and still denied alcohol, it's absolutely ridiculous and it's not the first time at this new world. Somebody needs to go to Specsavers...

        My personal experience is I felt Olivia at the checkout was racist towards me. She was rude denied service. Everyone else was professional, but she ruined everything. I won't go back there again.
