        We have used JAE before some years ago; this time it was to dry out our lounge, hall and a bedroom after the flood just before Christmas. These people are excellent. From the initial call to clean up, they set expectations of timeliness and met those expectations every time. Sir Lee is a great communicator and helped us to get the flood cleaned up in good time, even when it was over the holiday period. Madison kept us informed of when to expect the technicians.
