Great experience in regards to my sons needs, have been singing their praises but unfortunately front desk definitely needs better communication and training around basic consultation prices and community services card information. What was a simple booking turned in to a stressful experience being told multiple different things, 3 different prices and not taking accountability from 1 member in particular.

Took my 4yr old in for her first eye test today. I was ready for a fight lol as you can expect with any small child that will need to sit still for an examination. But just wow! I can not recommend Deanna (hope I spelt that properly) any higher. She was AMAZING! What ever they pay her it is not enough! Just right from first meeting, she was so engaging with my daughter, I actually pretty much just sat back and watched most of the appointment. Thank you so much for making this experience so stress free and easy for my bubba. I will definitely recommend this place for anyone with small kids.
