Rude and unprofessional in dealings. It seems the owner of Franchisee thinks the buyers are at her mercy and she can be as rude as she wants. To a simple request/reminder of sharing properties - I got a reply back saying I was not the only buyer or vendor she was dealing with, she was not required to reply straight off (I never asked her for quick revert) and she don't want to deal with me based on my attitude (Guess she was able to judge my attitude by 3 short texts). Its sad, I'm not able to give zero star for her pre-assumption, rudeness and irresponsible behavior as franchisee owner. I have put formal complaint to higher management - hoping they take required action and wont happen with another buyer who is not at fault!! #shame

Kylie and Buddy are absolutely amazing agents, who go all out for their vendors and buyers! Good communication, wonderful smiles! I wouldnt believe the below 1 star rating..they have a busy job dealing with so many people at once so understand that if you want a faster reply maybe ring instead of message! Did not have a problem with that ourselves and I dont think anyone would! Would be the agents we would use again and again! Wonderful job team, keep it up :)

How to alienate potential future buyers. I can appreciate fielding enquiries from interested buyers can be repetitive but being so dismissive when someone is seeking further information on a property is not great business practice, it just guarantees no future business. My partner and I experienced the same poor attitude from two different sales staff when enquiring about a property. We finally bought a house with other agents who were interested in providing great customer service rather than just focussing on the commission they earn from a sale.
