Worst Customer service. The lady was very rude when asked for a simple question. Can't even rate 1 star.

Very careful. They are selling 90% of the products after expiry dates. I took photos just to show an example and sending those to the ministry for depth investigation. Also, sending that to nzherald and stuff to make a news announcement about their business.

Worst customer service. I didn't want to give even one star, no star rate would be perfect to explain. The lady was so rude to my questions. She must know the customer has a right to ask any questions about unfamiliar items. Of course, I need to know before buying. She was so unkind and super rude. I have never met the shopkeepers like her in New Zealand. I wonder whether she is an owner or not. If she is a cashier, she must be fired. I left the shop soon after but I returned to her to ask whether I was wrong or not. She was still rude and said, "Nothing wrong, I am texting." She was texting someone on her cell phone and she seemed not to talk to me. I was so upset and unpleasant feeling prolonged for the rest of the day. I visited another Indian shop on Grey Street and I purchased my item from there. The shopkeeper was very kind and absolutely different from her. I will be never back to Khyber foods and spices shop on Five Cross Road again. I even don't want to go to that area anymore because of the shop.
