        I have seen Andria for both Pilates and Bowen Therapy and she's amazing! Pilates has been wonderful for building my strength and finding a sense of calm. Bowen therapy has also helped to improve a few of my old injuries that I couldn't seem to get sorted previously (and I've tried many different options). I would 100% recommend Andria at Balance Me!
