        Poor service and inconsistent timetable. Complainers on social media. Mid December I reached out on their Facebook page to see when they were gonna be serving the area again and they hadnt been there for weeks and they said they would be back a few weeks later. I needed a ride right then! Instead you should do what my family did and call the local water taxi that is on demand and very reasonable. Theres a reason why the Pauanui Ferry is upset that the Tairua Water Taxi (TWT) now serves the same area and does a much better job by actually being there. Do a search for them on FB if you wanna learn more about TWT. Call and theyll be there in 10 minutes to pick you up! Theyll also drop you off anywhere you want to go. 027 THE TAXI
