I have been using Donna and Schalk to service my Yamaha outboard for the past several years. They always do a great job and work hard to fit me in when I'm in a hurry. But even more importantly they have often gone out of their way to help me out even when outside of normal business hours, like when I got a puncture on my trailer after 5:30 pm and they were still available to help me out of a tricky spot. Malgr l'emploi du temps hyper charg jusqu'en Janvier, il me dit ok venez 8h du matin (le travail devait prendre 30 45 min). Malheureusement sur le chemin pour nous y rendre le lendemain matin, nous avons eu un problme avec le liquide de refroidissement et nous avons d appeler l'assistance. Je les ai donc appeler pour les prvenir que nous ne pourrions pas tre l temps. Nous devions trouver un garage en urgence pour voir si nous avions pas de fuite et nous y sommes alls directement sans grand espoir qu'ils puissent nous aider. Nous avons eu un accueil extrmement chaleureux avec ces deux femmes adorables et empathiques prtes nous aider. Nous sommes rests longtemps avec elles et avons beaucoup discuts. Son mari a donc prit le temps de regarder notre van et de le rparer malgr tout le travail qu'ils avaient dj faire. Grce eux nous ne sommes pas rests bloqus pendant plusieurs jours pour Nol. Merci infiniment pour votre aide et votre professionnalisme ! Nous ne vous oublierons pas !
