Hideous furniture that had no support.
Seriously sad and thin mattress, maybe equivalent to camp bed.
I think the kitchen was equipped from an op shop and just barely? No problem with op shopping, in fact regular shopper.
Previous reviews talk about cleanliness...mostly but light above sink, covered in grease, clearly hasn't been cleaned for months.

$220 for the night.
A bit of road noise from SH1 was louder than we are used to at our rural home. But didnt keep us awake - not really an issue.
Beds were comfy enough. Has sky sports and the sky kids channels.
Would stay again if I ever had to go back to tokoroa
