        Stopped in today on the way to Auckland. Surprised to see it blocked off, only night pay and portaloos accessible. Obviously temporary. 3 stars this time as we couldn't browse the store in person

        I was waiting for my coffee for 25 minutes while one staff was making coffees for four people in the queue and other three staff were doing literally nothing. I felt like they made a shift for the slowest and most disrespectful staff this day ........
