    My little girl's placed an order in Nov 2020 and never got delivered to our house, but the guy from Eye Solution sent a confirmation email says it's been delivered. Send an email, and tried so many calls but never got answered. Remember this is mid-January 2021 already. Good response. In your logic, once the parcel left your premises means trade is completed, even the courier company sent parcel to wrong address. My girl emailed you that she did not receive parcel even you told her that parcel was delivered before you received her email, then you should check with Fastway where they delivered the parcel, you should knew it already when delivery status says Authority to Leave means that's a business address, not residential address, while this parcel meant to go to a residential address, you should chase up with Fastway, it is not your customers' job, since you have a contract with Fastway, not them. Poor girl emailed you that she did not receive her parcel after your tracking shows parcel been delivered, and reminded you again the delivery address, hope you could carry on your customer service part, so disappointed that your guys just ignored her. BTW, come up with a solutions you may earn your reputation back, not pointing your fingers at customer.
