        One of my dogs started freaking out and made his vaccinations difficult... the CareVets team were able to come up with a plan for next time, which involved treating him in the reception area as he was comfortable there. We went from drama queen to no dramas at all :) The vet also took time with my slow-to-warm-up dog. He was quiet and gentle, taking the time to gain her trust. She's now very confident to go there! I really couldn't ask for better.

        Great care and service. I highly Recommend CareVets Pokeno to all locals. They take care of my fur baby Venus really well. If you are worried and phone in, whoever answers the phone try to help you as much as possible.
