        Amazing views! Highly recommended to visit this place. Its a must-do activity for Tongariro, besides fishing! This vantage point is impressive as you can see the entire city and lake Taupo! Furthermore, theres no hiking involve, great for all ages! You can also see the steaming forest (geothermal) if you are lucky. Its just a short 10 mins ride from city center. Put this on your must-do list when you visit Tongariro!

        Great view. Getting harder to see as Bush's growing to tall. Great spot to stop and have picnic/stretch legs when on road trip.
